Registration is free of charge but mandatory. It includes coffee breaks and drinks during the poster session. Lunch and conference dinner will be on a self-paid basis.

Note that the capacity of the lecture halls is restricted to 120 people maximum so early registration is advised.
Note that due to the limited number of seats active participants with own contributions (authors and coauthors) will be given priority. We will ask non-contributing delegates to confirm their attendence in early January.

When registering, please state
- your name,
- your affiliation,
- indicate whether you would like to present a contribution (short talk or poster), and
- whether you would like to attend the conference dinner.
Please send a corresponding title and a short informative abstract (2-3 paragraphs of plain text) describing your contribution, and please also specify under which of the four themes you would like see it presented. If you plan to attend the conference dinner please specify your dietary preferences if any (e.g. vegetarian).
The conference dinner will take place in various restaurants near the venue in Paddington – details will be sent out in January.
